Ryan Rosenbaum, Lead Pastor Growing up as a military kid, Ryan has lived in many places but now resides in Encinitas with his wife Sara and 3 sons. A huge baseball fan, Ryan’s favorite team is the Red Sox (aka the Lord’s team). His favorite food is a burger and his least favorite is vegan “meat”. In his free time, you can find Ryan surfing, playing basketball, and coaching baseball. Ryan’s favorite scripture is 1 Timothy 1:15. His favorite book is the Ragamuffin Gospel and his favorite movie is Band of Brothers. |

Steve Osborn, Pastor of Discipleship Steve has been married since 1986, and has 2 sons, 2 incredible daughters-in-law, and 1 adorable granddaughter. Steve joined the Seacoast team in May ‘23. Steve lived in Hawaii through 3rd grade, and didn’t wear shoes to school until we moved to CA to start 4th grade. His favorite books are Knowing God, J.I. Packer; Simply Jesus, N.T. Wright; Renovation of the Heart, Dallas Willard; The King’s Cross, Tim Keller; his favorite music is 70’s Soul. |

Josh Krzanak, Pastor of Community Outreach Josh has been married to his wife Brandi since 2007 and has 3 amazing kids: Lily, Micah, and Noah. Josh has been on Seacoast Staff since February 2023. Jonathan Kim, Director of Worship Ministries Jonathan has been married to his wife, Domenica Maria Kim, since 2024 and they are proud parents of a wonderful lovely cat named Bella Demure Kim. Jonathan has been on the Seacoast staff since November 2023 and he also leads his own music school teaching pretty much every instrument. Jonathan once performed with his middle school orchestra at the prestigious Carnegie Hall. He also holds a higher free throw percentage than Keith Van Horn at Chaparral Middle School. |

Deven Herman, Director of Kids Ministries Family Bio: I’ve been married since 2004, and have 2 boys. How Long Have You Been at Seacoast: Began at Seacoast in 2005 after moving from NY. I began working at Seacoast in 2016, took a short break in 2020 and returned to staff in May of 2023. Fun Fact: I love to mow lawns. Favorite Bible Verse: Philippians 3:13-14 |

Elijah Hagen, Director of Junior High Ministry Elijah grew up in Danville, CA. He spent his first year of college playing volleyball in North Greenville University in North Carolina and tranferred to Point Loma University after his freshman year.
